Rotation Schedule for SFHS Hosted Meet at BIO Gymnastics

12:30pm – Open stretch. PLEASE PARK IN THE BACK OF THE GYM. Once this is full park in the front. There’s very little front parking that we will need for the team parents & spectators.

1pm – Start traditional warm ups per GHSA rules (move in order the equipment is set up in gym)

10 Minutes to warm up each event, plus 3 minutes to rotate and set bars and vault.

5 gymnasts compete each event for each team.

Introduction of teams, coaches, judges & national anthem @ 2:15pm. Competition to start immediately after introductions.
*Start competition on the event you finished warm ups on.
*Touch warm up is allowed while judges are scoring the previous routine. For the 1st touch at the start of each event, start with the 2 gymnasts AFTER the first girl to compete.

*Team scores and top 3 on each event will be announced at the end of the meet.
